This is probably the influence of my Vaganova training coming back to haunt us all. Haha.
Don't worry though, this class is not excruciatingly slow. It's just slow enough to really help you find your correct positions, calibrate your alignment and feel the burn whilst you do so.
Who needs bikram yoga when you have this class and live in Europe where A/C doesn't exist?
