If you only have an hour to spare but want to fit a full class in, this class is the one!
We'll start nice and slow, move through all of the exercises and even get a long adagio, a waltz and quite a few jumps in.

This is the class for you. You can truly do this ballet class in any space.

This class will work all your coordination from the start, so that by the time you're done, it'll feel like you were born dancing.

This is probably the influence of my Vaganova training coming back to haunt us all. Haha.
Don't worry though, this class is not excruciatingly slow. It's just slow enough to really help you find your correct positions, calibrate your alignment and feel the burn whilst you do so.

This is the perfect class for when you're on vacation but still want to take class. Just an aisle's worth of space is needed to do this full barre and center.

Get ready for the drippage. Is that a word? Probably not.
In terms of this class, I would say it does though?
We will challenge our cardio with longer combinations of varying speeds and then slow it down for some strengthening adagio exercises.

A long barre. It's a love-hate relationship maybe, but a good one to have. It's impossible not to improve when you practice your basics.

A full barre followed by a moment to stretch. Center comprises of adagio, a moving waltz with some turns, and a jump to finish! Sounds simple doesn't it? Psych!! Get ready for some choreography that makes you feel like you're really dancing! WOOHOO!!!

*** It's Leg Day!
Get ready to pump those leg muscles! Starting with the metatarsals, we work on articulation through the leg, get high on those relevés and really challenge ourselves as we work through the barre.
Center will feel like a breeze after that warm up.

You gotta start at the barre before you get to the center right?
We will get on those gorgeous legs of yours with our usual long barre, then we've got fewer combos in the center, but they'll test our balance, technique and all of the things we worked at during barre.

Those tendus and jetes might trick you. They're fast, they're syncopated, but they're oh, so, juicy.
Push through and you'll be rewarded with a class that pushes you to improve, with a little moment to move in the center.

Skipping adagio at the barre! Woo! It's a whole mood.
That gives us longer in the center though. We'll do adagio, waltz, grand battement, and a cardio jump at the end to really tire us out. Get ready for it hunny. She's a doozy!

Barre is cute an all that, but this class really shines in the center. We'll take a moment to talk through "renversé" and then we've got dance-y combinations with fast footwork as we finish. Might be a bit tough on the coordination, but it is soooo good for us. Innit!

*** SWEAT LEVEL MIDNIGHT
DRIP DRIP. This is not for the faint hearted.
We'll do all of the usual suspects, we'll just be a little (or a lot) dewy as we move through the class. Dewy skin is like, so in right now.
