These classes are more basic, yes, but are they easy? AS IF!
Get ready to focus on placement, alignment and working those muscles as we pare back the choreography in this level.
It's all about cleanliness in these classes. Great for any dancer hoping to work a little more slowly.

  • ** Slow and Steady

    Work slow, work smart.
That's not a saying, but it should be.
Our bodies register the movements better as we move more deliberately, so naturally this class is great for you.
Perfect for whether you need a reset or just want to flow through the movements.

  • ** Center Choreo FTW 1

Sat on the couch all weekend watching Emily in Paris and need to move your body?
Let's do it. This feel good class pairs a basic barre with fun combinations in the center that will have both body and mind feeling alive.

  • *** A Spoonful of Sugar

... Helps the medicine go down!
This class is tough, not gonna lie. Don't worry though. You'll still have fun as you work because improving is fun.
We'll solidify those basic foundations at the barre, and once we're in the center, it's all about the dancing.

  • ** On the Up and Up

If there was one class that you had to do for ever, your desert island pick, if you will -- this would be it.
You can't go wrong practicing these exercises, like you will improve, and there's nothing you can do to stop it.
To paraphrase, this class came in like a wrecking ball, and it's here to ...

  • ** Meet Me at the Barre 2

This class really hones in on technique, technique, technique! We will move slowly through the barre, focusing on turnout, articulation of the feet, and coordination of the head and arms.
Center is comprised of a longer adagio, a moving waltz and a jump.

  • *** Center Choreo FTW 2

Sometimes we need that spoonful of sugar, but sometimes all we really need is some nice music.
There are hard combinations in this one, but you will flow through them, carried upon a beautiful carpet woven from musical notes. Too much?
Long story short -- this class is for the dancers and movers ...

  • *** Slow Burn Cardio

Step and repeat. But make it more fun.
We will work to tone the body as we keep the heart rate up throughout the class. There will be moments of longer explanation, but you'll be glad for it, because you need that moment to rest hunny.
Grab a towel and some water and let's dance!

  • ** Solidifying Basics 1

Repetition and practice are the name of the game.
This class focuses on establishing basic technique, but that's not to say it's easy hunny. Get ready to work those muscles with this set of combinations that finish with a strengthening center.

  • ** A Well-Rounded Class 1

If this class was a cake, it would be the old faithful vanilla sponge. It's simpler, yes, but that doesn't mean it's not scrumptious. Maybe save this class for a day when you're just wanting to sweat a bit, but not kill yourself.

  • *** It's Leg Day!

We are gonna work hard at the barre. That's a fact. Drilling those basics in early so that they become habits.
But oh you will feel strong as we move on into the center. Get ready for it. Legs of steel!

  • *** All About Tempo

We start slow, real slow. Then it's a roller coaster of tempos. This will work your musicality as well as help you tone those muscles as you hold and shift through the exercises.
There's never a dull moment in this one.

  • ** Hold the Adagio Please

Adverse feelings towards adagio? Hip flexors feeling iffy? This is the class for you (just don't get into the habit of it).
We'll skip the extensions but still work hard through the rest of the class. It's not a free pass after all.

  • *** Meet Me at the Barre 1

Give me B! Give me an A! Give me an R! Give me another R! Give me an E!
    What does that spell? BARRE!
Yes we will repeat those basic movements until they shine of perfection. Let those palm trees in the background make you feel at ease as you breeze through these combos.
Then a simpler center to ...

  • ** A Well-Rounded Class 2

If this class was an actor, it would be Keanu. Who doesn't love Keanu?
We've got all of our usual combinations, nothing too confusing choreography-wise, and some nice music to boot.
If you can't choose a class from the list, choose this one. It's guaranteed to tick all the boxes.

  • *** Solidifying Basics 2

Working slowly at the barre to start, we are going to establish our connection with the floor, get those glutes working and activate those metatarsals. Then we'll move on to tendu. Lol!
Jokes aside, this class has everything to really clean up that technique and reset our bodies to find that perf...

  • ** Building Blocks for Center

Do we like to be on our leg? Yes we do!
Do we like to dance without a care in the world? Yes we do!
Ok. So sadly we probably still need to think about our technique and coordination, but this class will get you as close to dancing freely as you can.
We'll build those good habits at the barre so t...
